Inclement Weather Policy

Parents and Guardians of our Participants:

While we are very proud of our youth golf and life skills programs, the single most important
aspect of our programs is a continuous focus on safety – – not just for our participants but for
their families as well. Commensurate with that, we have a Board approved Inclement
Weather Policy that will always be followed, and relies primarily on the judgment of your
participant’s Lead Coach working in conjunction with the golf professionals and management
staff at our partner golf courses.

As a general rule, when one class is cancelled at a host property, all classes will be
precautionarily cancelled at that property for the same day in the interest of protecting our
participants and coaches. While we realize that occasionally a class or classes may be
canceled and a storm or rain event may dissipate prior to or during a scheduled class window-
-this is just an unpredictable part of our life here along the Gulf Coast where our procedure
will be to ALWAYS err to the side of safety. We proactively apologize for any inconvenience
that this may cause, but please know we will always do our best to reschedule make up
sessions for those classes and give your youth participant(s) the best experience possible.
