Awards & Dinner: 5:15 PM

Juniors will play age-appropriate tees.
Low Team Awards: Awards based on Junior Golfer's Age Division; 1st through 3rd place awards, male and female.
Junior players age 5-18
Closest to the Pin Contests for Adults and Juniors
Juniors without an adult partner are still encouraged to register; juniors will be paired with a First Tee coach or volunteer.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, March 1, 5 PM (Limited to the First 28 Registered Teams)
Entry Fee: $79/team: Includes team greens fees, cart, tee gift, closest to pin awards, and dinner after play/awards ceremony
- Junior-only Fee: $54
Team Registrations received after February 24th will be: $89; Junior-only registration will be $59

I hereby authorize First Tee Gulf Coast (GPJGA), its agents and assigns and all other media outlets to use and reproduce my name, photograph(s), and/or videotape recordings of me or audio recordings of my voice for any and all purposes including promotion and advertising. I acknowledge that First Tee Gulf Coast will be the sole owner of all the rights in and the recording thereof, for all purposes. The First Tee Gulf Coast shall have the right to telecast the Tournament, or the recording thereof, one or more times on a sustaining or commercial basis, over any cable or network television system as well as any affiliate system or stations. I agree to hold you and any third parties harmless against any liability, loss or damage (including reasonable attorney's fees) caused by or arising from the telecast of my appearance, or any utterance made by me or material furnished by me in connection with my participation therein.
Injury Release*
I attest and verify that I am physically able to participate in this event and am responsible for any injuries that may occur during the event. First Tee Gulf Coast and its' affiliates, sponsors, directors, etc. will not be held responsible for any medical costs accumulated as a result of injury during this event.
2023 Spring Fling Tournament Fees*
Team Entry includes One adult and one junior greens fees, cart, tee gift, closest to the pin awards, dinner after play with awards ceremony. Junior-only registrations will be paired with a coach or another adult golfer and will receive the above-mentioned items. Team registrations received after Feb 24 will be: $99 Junior-only registrations received after Feb 24 will be: $74
