Divisions:

“Regular” Division – 49 and younger (Will have A and B)

“Senior” Division – 50 to 64 (Will have A and B)
“Super Senior” Division – 65 and older (Dependent upon number of teams in this division that register)

**A & B Divisions determined by total team handicap**

Entry fee includes green fees, cart fees and range balls prior to play.

ENTRY DEADLINE IS WHEN THE FIELD IS FULL (128 Teams). There will be no refunds for any reason after November 20, 2025.

Teams will play in the division based on the youngest of the two players

SPECIAL PRACTICE ROUND RATE – Special practice round rates will apply for tournament participants ONLY Monday, December 1st through Thursday, December 4th prior to tournament at participating courses. CALL FOR PRACTICE ROUNDS. Individual course time restrictions may apply.

All Registrations will be ONLINE ONLY

Every player must have a VALID GHIN NUMBER in order to register.

Team members must be within 7.0 Handicap Index of each other

The Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, FL is offering a discounted rate for all Destin Fort Walton Beach Winter Classic Tournament players from December 3rd through December 7th. To purchase rooms at the discounted rate, please use the following link:

Tournament Policies:

  • Rain Checks
    • In the case of complete rainout at any course during the tournament, a full rain check will be issued to the course you were scheduled to play for that day. **Rain checks will have restrictions based on the golf course**
      • Regatta Bay & Emerald Bay – Anytime November through January, After 12 pm March through October, Cannot be used during the month of February
      • Kelly Plantation – Anytime November through February, Anytime after 12pm March through October
      • Indian Bayou – Anytime after 11am
      • Rocky Bayou – Can be used any time
    • All rain checks would be valid until the beginning of the 2026 Tournament meaning they could be used for practice rounds prior to the next year’s event
    • Cancellation of play will be made at the sole discretion of each individual golf course; First Tee Gulf Coast and all players agree to abide by those decisions as made by their respective leadership
  • Flights
    • All flights will be determined after the completion of Saturday’s round unless weather cancellations are involved
  • Weather Procedures
    • If all 18 holes are not completed on Friday, the tournament will be a 36 hole event based on Saturday and Sunday’s rounds (flighted after Saturday’s round)
    • If all 18 holes are not completed on Saturday(but are on Friday and Sunday), the tournament will be a 36 hole events based on Friday and Sunday’s rounds (flighted after Friday’s round)
    • If all 18 holes are not completed on Sunday (but are on Friday and Saturday), the tournament will be a 36 hole event
    • Any under 36 holes completed will result in all players receiving the corresponding rain checks and a gift certificate to use at their choice of golf course
  • Gift Certificates
    • Any gift certificates that have been awarded must used no later than December 31, 2025
  • Ties
    • Ties will be settled in the following order until they are broken: Final day score, 2nd day score, 1st day score, final day hole by hole starting from #18 going backwards
